The prairie chicken is a real endangered species of the grouse family,
especially in southeast Texas. When there once was about nearly a
million of them now lives about less than a thousand. Here are several links
dedicated to these unique animals.
This scene took place on the set of "The

Frawley).
Mike is in his mummy costume complete
with Band-Aid

before he can respond.

while MIKE lightly smiles and
walks off the set.
MICKY looks at camera a bit
confused.

This is the tag sequence which came before
the interview
with all four and the b&w "Daily Nightly"
video. Princess Gwen
has revealed her -- er, himself to be
MIKE, which is the reason why
PETER can't marry him -- er, her.
The cross-dressed MIKE, sans
blond wig and hat and eyelashes, will
be referred to as MIK and
the cobbler MIKE will be referred to as
MIKE, to avoid confusion.
One camera has MIKE, DAVY, and MICKY in the leftside(audience
POV), while another has just MIK and PETER
on the rightside(" POV).

Well, that wraps up another laugh riot,

In "The Monkees' Paw" MICKY comes across
the legendary
monkey's paw. He wished for 1) a
way to pay off the union dues,
2) a meal of spaghetti, and 3) stop
talking about the paw.
About this time,
the others come to the conclusion MICKY has
forgotten how to speak. In this
scene, MIKE, PETER, and DAVY are dressed
in black graduation gowns and it's obvious
MIKE is the head instructor
while PETER and DAVY are his assistants.
MICKY is obviously the pupil
munching on fruit.
MIKE is standing, with a pointer, next
to a big black chalkboard with
various words and drawings already on
it.
MIKE
All right, now that we've got this all down:
Apple, Kat, HARE KRISHNA, Legalize wisdom,

Chicken, we're going to our first lesson which is speech.
